Thermic coating

Surface treatment of component functional parts for the wear resistance expressive increase of spare parts lifetime (protective coating of knives and shear bars). We provide the protective thermic coating by the way of carbide coating with the matrice harden within the range 65-75 HRc.
In dependance on the composition of carbide powder, the coating could be realised by the cold projection or by the consequential recast.

Hard surfacing in the shielding gas

Hard surfacing in the shielding gas is used for the ennoblement.
