Splitting treatmente
Lathe working is the main technology to treat external and internal cylinder surfaces. We have experiences with the treatment of aluminium, brass, bronze and different types of steel.
We are able to process hardened parts up to the hardness of 65 HRC with precision of 0,01 mm by the technology of turning operation. The main production programme is lathe work from modular iron castings – V-belt pulleys and discs of variators for the fluent change of operating speed.

Max diameter of turning operation for round logs is 550 mm and the max lenght of bars is 3000 mm.
We design and produce our own clamp jig, atypical cutting tools, which appreciably hurry along and reduce price of the production (lathe work of abaxial shaft and welded unit).
Milling, drilling and boring
Milling, drilling and boring belongs to the most common methods of treatment of not-rotating surfaces. We have a lot of machines, such as CNC-centres, milling machines, tool milling machines and horizontal drilling machine.

We use 3D simulations in SolidWorks and SolidCAM for the designing of the technical drawings.
The main production programme includes among treatment of alloyed and any other types of steel for the production of knives, shear bars of cutting machine parts. We also treat ductile iron GGG40, GGG50, GGG70, especially coating and cases of gearboxes and wobble drives.
