The forming machines are situated in the plant Olešná. The company machinery includes among folding brake, straightening, hydraulic and excentric presses of compression force 40, 60, 100, 160 and 250 tons.
We are concerned with compression molding of sheetmetal:
- Cutting, perforation, punching
- Bending, curling and straightening
- Dragging, pressing
- Rolling-mill
Complicated geometrical shapes are performed by hot forming with the inductive heating. We have a lot of experiences in mechanical working of different grades of steel as well as aluminium.The main focus of the production is based on the manufacturing and production of the knives of varied geometrical shapes, parts of the conveyors, slats and conveyor plates.
