Full-area hardening belongs between the main heat treatment of premium and cementation types of steel in our comapny. We achieve higher hardeness of the material in this process as compared with material before the process of hardening.
Cementation
We use this process before the hardening of the steel with lower value of carbon for the saturation of the surface. We achieve hard and wear resistance of the surfaces and ductile substance of our products by the process of cementation and hardening.

Induction hardening

We realize the induction hardening in two high-frequency generator GV30 with application table for the consecutive hardening up to max lenght 500 mm and the other one with the automatic feed with storage tank for series and lot production. Design and the production of the inductor, we provide in our tool works.
