The company Delta- ML s.r.o. manufactures a wide range of products in the form of chipping working, cold moulding, thermal processing of materials or vulcanisation of rubber, as the case may be. The range of products consists of variators, shafts, various kinds of cutters, scythes, flanges of silentblocks, grooved cases, casts worked as hubs, bearing bodies, clutch release bearings, levers, connecting rods, forks, silicone cases, belt pulleys, semi-variators, gear wheel and other products.

Production technologies :

Chipping working: CNC working - CNC lathes, CNC working centres, CNC drilling machine, boring machine, shaping machine; More photos	Cold or hot moulding, as the case may be: Eccentric presses of 25 t, 40 t, 60 t, 100 t; Hydraulic presses – 200 t, 100 t, 60 t;
Parting of material: CNC plasma, saws, shears;	Bending: Press brake l = 2,500, h = 4 mm;
Thermal processing: Induction hardening – 2 pieces of high-frequency induction furnaces; Full-area hardening – 2 pieces of chamber furnaces;	Grinding: Spindle surface grinding machines, grinding of various diameters;
Surface finish: Varnishing, paint spraying or dipping, as the case may be;	Grooving Broaching with broaching bits
Welding: In controlled atmosphere;	Vulcanisation: Vulcanisation presses, blending the rubber before vulcanisation;

Warehousing premises

Our company disposes of warehousing premises of its own or the total area 551 m2.

Transport

Our company provides for transportation of our produce depending on requirements of customers.
